Our Expert Speakers
Rebecca is an experienced Organisation Design and Development consultant who works closely with clients to understand their organisation and its vision for the future, adopting a highly collaborative approach to design and deliver tailor-made interventions to support clients in delivering their organisational vision. Rebecca is passionate about the power of coaching which she sees as a critical tool across her professional practice. Operating as a coach for nearly 20 years, Rebecca is privileged to work with incredible individuals from across the globe. Having embarked on a professional Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring programme with Oxford Brookes University in October 2021 she is absolutely thrilled to be in a position to undertake research in this important subject area.
Working with client identity
The concept of identity can be elusive but it often sits at the core of what clients bring to their coaching sessions. Rebecca’s input will draw on research and over 20 years of experience as a coach to examine how coaches can support clients as they explore identity.
Dr Sebastian Fox is an experienced Team Coach and business development specialist. Working with teams to make meaning of what's emerging for them around whatever is inhibiting their effectiveness.

What is Team Coaching and how can it help?
Team Coaching is a ‘hot topic’ at the moment but there is often confusion about what it actually is and how it differs from other disciplines such as team building or group facilitation. Sebastian’s session will unravel some of the mystery and confusion surrounding Team Coaching and focus on the benefits it can bring.
Liz has experience as a commercial, innovative and experienced Director responsible for Governance, HR, internal communications Facilities and Health and Safety. Accomplished at leading change whilst building successful credible teams. A thought leader, experienced influencer and negotiator with a leadership style which enables and inspires colleagues and teams to deliver quality services and achieve business goals. A pragmatic thinker who has experience in multi-site organisations including FTSE Companies and Family Businesses. Liz has a proven track record of strong delivery of business focused strategies which contribute to the financial performance of the business. A person who builds productive relationships at Board and operational level with colleagues and stakeholders. Liz is also an assessor for the ILM Coaching & Mentor qualifications at all levels.
Creating an authentic coaching profile
With an extensive career as a strategic HR Director Liz has been responsible for commissioning and deploying coaching initiatives in a range of organisations. As a qualified and practicing executive coach herself Liz brings her knowledge and expertise to this session providing handy hints and tips on how you can develop your coaching profile and maintain authenticity
John helps leaders turn complexity into clarity. As Head of Consultancy and Tailored CPD, he designs high‑impact strategies and immersive learning that move the needle on outcomes, culture, and accountability. His work blends rigorous frameworks with practical tools, so teams don’t just “attend training”; they change how they lead, decide, and deliver. John has worked with clients through listening, challenging constructively, and leaving organisations with clear roadmaps, not just good intentions. John works in a number of different ways with organisations which include; Consultancy, tailored CPD, bespoke and interactive approaches and a focus on results. For organisations tackling knotty challenges or needing CPD that changes behaviour, John supports to build something that sticks.
