ChTC and Petros –
“Creating organisations where people and business can thrive”
Between 2012 and 2016 the founders of both ChTC and Petros delivered modules on the University of York executive education programme.
At that time Petros’s founder Professor Jo Clarke delivered a fabulous resilience module “The Challenge of Change TM” and ChTC’s founder Rebecca delivered various leadership, strategy and coaching modules.
During that time Jo and Rebecca became friends, fuelled, in part, by their mutual love of horses and dogs and although neither of them work with the University of York any longer, the friendship has remained.
In 2010 Jo founded Petros and now works with her clients to build organisations where people can thrive at work and where wellbeing and mind health is central to organisational thinking.
Jo and the Petros team have also developed an evidence based proprietary model to measure workforce wellbeing.
In 2022 Michelle Brook joined the ChTC team and her background as a psychotherapist and wellbeing professional plus a shared ethos which places a coaching approach at the heart of both companies led to discussions about collaboration opportunities.
The result is that from 2025 ChTC and Petros will be combining forces to deliver a unique, innovative, and critically, evidence-based programme “Strategic Approaches to Mental Health and Wellbeing”.
The programme is designed for senior managers and leaders seeking to deliver significant and meaningful outcomes through the development of organisational cultures where resilience, good mind-health and wellbeing is at the forefront of business strategy and create environments where their people can thrive. The programme is accredited at Level 7 via the CMI and also carries CPD credits.
