Whilst the definition for quality can easily be found in a dictionary it is much harder to develop and maintain in an organisational context. This programme explores
the challenge of developing quality within organisations and focuses on
the scope and purpose of quality management and the tools, techniques and approaches leaders and managers can harness to embed continuous improvement into working practices.
Participants will consider the scope and purpose of quality management, develop a practical toolkit for building continuous improvement culture and practice in their own organisation and how to identify and measure the success of quality management initiatives.
