Delivering presentations can be very challenging, however when done successfully a presentation can support you to gain a promotion, win a new contract, deliver effective briefings, gain buy-in from your team or communicate an important message to stakeholders.
The aim of this unit is to provide first line managers will the knowledge, skills and confidence to plan and deliver presentations that are tailored to the needs of the target audience.
This is a highly practical module which will see participants preparing and delivering presentations throughout the course of the day in a safe, supportive environment and honing their skill and confidence through observation, feedback, discussion and practice.
