Led by Professor Keith Straughan, a globally recognised researcher and thought-leader in the field of innovation this one-day module encourages delegates to reimagine innovation in their organisational or business context.
The day is designed to explore what innovation is and critically what it is not, giving delegates awareness, insight, and tools for developing a culture and mindset of innovation in their own organisations and businesses as well as ‘myth-busting’ concepts of innovative practice.
Participants will be encouraged to consider and explore the unrecognised innovations in their own organisations and industries considering future innovation opportunities.
The session will also explore elements of organisational change as it relates to driving innovation investigating the leader’s role in creating a change ready environment in complexity.
