Provide your Claim Authorisation Note (CAN) to ChTC before the course starts. We’ll confirm the arrangements and invoice your personal contribution.

Yes. An ELC claim requires a personal contribution towards the course fee. We’ll confirm your contribution and invoice you before your programme begins.
Check the current ELCAS guidance and your own entitlement when planning your funding.
Open the provider search and search for ChTC or provider number 3404. Use Advanced Search if the Provider ID field is not immediately visible.
Check the exact qualification you intend to study. Ask us if you are unsure which entry matches your chosen course.
Contact us and your Education Staff or Single Service Representative before proceeding. You may need an amended Claim Authorisation Note to reflect the change.
