Rebecca Kaye is the founder and director of ChTC. Having worked in several commercial organisations, Rebecca moved into the UK police service, initially working in an operational role before being seconded to a project examining the causes of several high-profile employment tribunals. Following this work, she was appointed to establish and lead a new Employee Relations function. What began as a primarily reactive service quickly evolved into a broader organisational development function, providing a range of interventions to support organisational effectiveness and change.
Rebecca subsequently led the organisational response to the MacPherson Inquiry following the murder of Stephen Lawrence. She became portfolio lead for a number of EDI initiatives, acting as strategic advisor to the senior leadership team and contributing to regional and national projects. Her final role in the police service was as acting Head of EDI during the large-scale organisational change programme that followed the public spending cuts arising from the 2008 financial crisis.
During her time leading Employee Relations, Rebecca trained as a coach, became a Chartered MCIPD and completed an MSc in Leadership and Organisational Change. In 2011, she founded ChTC to provide executive and management coaching alongside high-quality coach and leadership development programmes.
Over the past 15 years, Rebecca and her team have delivered coaching and development programmes across the UK and internationally. She has extensive experience working with organisations across the corporate and public sectors, including the NHS, local authorities, policing, telecommunications, private healthcare, oil and gas, construction, legal, banking and finance, and aviation.
