This new programme brings together specialist Team Coaching expertise, practical application and reflective development. Your programme tutor, Dr Sebastian Fox, brings doctoral research and extensive practical experience in Team Coaching to the programme.
Designed for experienced coaches who want to develop their capability to work with teams as dynamic systems. Relevant coaching experience is expected; a previous coaching qualification is not required.

Live hybrid learning

This programme combines live hybrid training with virtual practice review and supervision. Choose to attend the main training days in person at the ChTC Training Centre or join live online, as part of the same cohort and learning experience. Follow-up practice review and supervision sessions are delivered virtually as you put your learning into practice.
