The ChTC Learning Experience

One provider.
One connected experience.

One connected journey. From choosing the right programme to qualification and beyond.

Professional development should not feel like a series of disconnected transactions.

Choosing a programme, attending guided learning, accessing resources, receiving support, completing assignments and working towards a qualification are all parts of the same journey. We believe they should feel that way too.

At ChTC, we bring those elements together into one connected learning experience, supported by experienced practitioners and a single learning environment.

From your first conversation with us through guided learning, assessment, and qualification, the ChTC team stays with you throughout the journey.

01

Start with the right programme

The right development matters more than making a sale.

Professional development is an investment of your time and money, as well as your organisation's. Choosing the right programme matters, as does choosing the right qualification and level, where applicable.

We want to understand what you already know, the level you operate at, how you want to develop and what you hope to achieve.

We take care to ensure that people join programmes that are right for them. That may mean confirming your original choice, suggesting an alternative pathway, or, in some cases, advising that our programmes are not the best fit for your current needs.

Our aim is not simply to get you onto a course. It is to help you make the right development decision.

02

Learn from people who know the subject

Professional learning deserves professional depth.

A curriculum can be copied. The calibre of the people delivering it cannot.

While frameworks, models, and qualification specifications provide the foundation, a programme's real value lies in the expertise and experience of those who bring it to life. Our tutor team are experienced practitioners with genuine depth in the subjects they teach. They understand the theories that underpin professional practice, but they also understand what happens when those ideas meet the realities of organisations, leadership, change and human behaviour.

Through skilled facilitation, creating challenge, encouraging reflection, connecting theory with practice, and adapting learning to the experience in the room, our expert tutor team helps learners move beyond understanding concepts to applying them with confidence, judgement, and credibility.

That is why we value professional expertise and learning facilitation equally. Our faculty are not only experienced practitioners; they are skilled educators who create engaging learning experiences that challenge thinking and support meaningful professional development.

03

Learning that continues between modules

Development doesn’t stop when the session ends.

For multi-module programmes and those incorporating coaching and applied learning, the time between guided learning sessions is an important part of the experience.

Across our programmes, learners are encouraged and supported to apply new knowledge in practice, test new ideas in real-world contexts, and deepen their learning through activities such as workplace application, coaching, reflection and independent study. This helps bridge the gap between theory and practice, bringing valuable insight and experience back into the learning process.

Resources, activities, and membership in our Community of Practice also help maintain that connection, while the programme's structure allows understanding to develop progressively rather than treating each session as an isolated event.

Learn. Apply. Reflect. Return. Develop. Grow.

04

Guided learning may finish. Our support doesn’t.

This is an important distinction.

Where a programme leads to a professional qualification, completing the guided learning is not the end of your relationship with ChTC. It marks the transition into the next stage.

You are not simply handed an assignment brief and left to work out what happens next.

Qualification support is integral to the learning experience. We help you understand what is required, plan your work effectively, align your assignments with your learning, and demonstrate your knowledge and professional practice clearly and confidently.

Depending on your programme, this support may include tutorials, supervision, guidance, learning resources, assessment feedback, and opportunities to engage with your learning community. These are designed to help you apply your learning, strengthen your practice, and progress with confidence.

The people, learning and support remain connected.

05

Assessment that is part of the journey

Feedback should help you move forward.

Assessment needs to be rigorous, objective and aligned with the requirements of the relevant awarding organisation.

But that doesn’t mean it needs to feel disconnected from the rest of your development journey

At ChTC, we manage assessment in-house. Your assignments are submitted, assessed and supported within the same learning environment as your training. That means the people assessing your work understand the context of your learning journey, with you remaining connected to your provider throughout the process. Your submissions, feedback, progress and qualification support sit together, making it clear what you have achieved, where further work may be needed and what support is available to help you move forward.

Assessment therefore becomes more than a destination at the end of a course. It becomes part of a continuous cycle of learning, application, evidence and development, with ChTC alongside you throughout.

06

Your entire learning journey, in one place

One LMS. One continuous experience.

Technology should make learning simpler, not create another obstacle.

Your ChTC LMS provides one connected home for your development throughout guided learning, qualification and beyond.

Depending on your programme, you can use it to access learning materials and resources, view your schedule, book tutorials or supervision, participate in your Community of Practice, manage assignments, receive assessment feedback and follow your progress towards qualification. Depending on your programme, you can access learning materials and resources, view your schedule, book tutorials or supervision, take part in your Community of Practice, manage assignments, receive assessment feedback and track your progress towards qualification; all within the same learning environment.

Instead of jumping between disconnected systems or figuring out where to go next, your learning journey stays connected in one place. That means less time managing the process and more time focused on learning, applying your knowledge, and progressing toward your qualification.

There are many ways to deliver professional training and qualifications.

Our approach is deliberately joined up.

The conversation you have before enrolling connects to the programme you choose. The programme connects theory with your professional practice. Guided learning connects to ongoing support. Support connects to assessment. Assessment connects back to your development.

And one learning environment helps hold everything together.

The result is a learning journey designed around development rather than transactions.
