Effective communication is a fundamental theme in all management and leadership practices, supporting the development of strong relationships with stakeholders—an essential factor in organisational success.
The fast pace of change means that communication methods are constantly evolving. Successful first-line leaders and managers must be flexible and agile in their approach to communication to inspire and engage those around them.
Participants attending this module will explore how stakeholders are engaged and communicated with effectively to build sustainable, collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationships. They will also examine common blocks and barriers to effective stakeholder communication before analysing stakeholder relationships and developing stakeholder-specific communication plans.
